Steps to reserve your team for next season!

-First Form is for TEAM CAPTAIN ONLY

-Second Form below TEAM CAPTAIN FORM is for the rest of the team

#1 – Fill out the team / captain form to the right of your screen with your information (roster size is 13 players for 7v7 Saturday Morning and 15 players for 9v9 Monday Nights)

#2- We will reach out and contact you with more information.

#3- Have the rest of your players fill out the registration form below. We can help you find players if needed.

#4- We will send you the waivers for all players to sign, payment forms, and any other information needed.

#5- We will publish the schedule on this website

#6- Play, have fun, network, and make new friends.
